Is a time tracking system mandatory?
Yes, it is required by law. Since May 2019, Royal Decree-Law 8/2019 requires all companies in Spain to record daily working hours of their employees through a time control system. Non-compliance can result in fines of up to €6,250 per serious infraction.
How much does Ulu HR cost?

Do I need to install anything on my devices?
No installation needed. Ulu HR is a web application that works directly from any browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge...). You can access it from a computer, tablet or mobile. You just need an internet connection to start tracking.
Can employees clock in from their phone?

What types of reports can I get?

How do manager approvals work?
Employees can request changes to their time entries, create new records or request vacations. Managers receive email notifications and can approve or deny these requests directly from their control panel. Everything is recorded and documented for audits.
